Shangze Group held its annual quality meeting on March 25, 2024. General Manager Sun Qinghu convened the quality department, production department and other relevant departments to participate. The meeting mainly discussed a one-month rectification plan for suppliers, focusing on quality issues such as rubber raw materials, steel, standard parts, and steel frames. On the basis of introducing strict management and control measures, the company will register suppliers and issue a one-month rectification notice to suppliers with quality problems. If they cannot make corrections, their supply qualifications will be revoked.
In order to ensure product quality, the company promises that every product shipped will be 100% tested, and only products with a 100% passing rate can leave the factory. The company also cooperates deeply with the National Inspection and Quarantine Center to jointly ensure the safety and quality of products. On the basis of considering customers, Shangze Group also bid for PICC product insurance, which will provide 10 million compensation in case of quality problems to ensure that customers’ rights and interests are effectively protected.
