From August 30, 2023 to November 15, 2023, we undertook the renovation project of Huludao Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. This project is a new pipeline project from CBD to Shanshui Road, with a total length of 3,688 meters. According to the contract, the total contract value of the project is 6,778,495 yuan.

We are very honored to announce that throughout the construction cycle, Mr. Zhao from the Huludao Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau personally came to the site to provide guidance and approved the work progress. In addition, the on-site personnel in charge include our Mr. Sun, Secretary Zhang, Manager Tian, Manager Wang and Driver Li, who work together to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
We signed a contract with the Huludao Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on July 1, 2023, marking the formal implementation of the project. We established a professional team, formulated a detailed construction plan, and carried out construction work strictly in accordance with the plan.
During the implementation process, we make full use of advanced technical equipment and processes, and dispatch experienced construction personnel to ensure that the construction process is stable and efficient. We work closely with the on-site personnel in charge to communicate project progress in a timely manner, solve problems encountered during construction, and ensure that the project progress is under control.
During the entire construction process of the project, we attach great importance to quality control. We conduct strict quality inspections and testing to ensure that the project meets the required quality standards. We fully comply with safety operating procedures to ensure a safe and reliable construction process. In addition, we pay attention to environmental protection and reasonably handle the waste and sewage generated during construction to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
After the joint efforts of our team, by November 15, 2023, we successfully completed the renovation project and passed the acceptance inspection, and the project quality reached the qualified standard.
